Terms of Sale & Use
These terms govern purchases from YOLO Online and use of our digital products.

Digital products
All products are supplied digitally. No physical item is shipped. Product contents, format, compatibility and current price are described on the relevant product page and at checkout.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and access is made available. Taxes may be calculated at checkout where applicable.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, reviewing compatibility requirements, keeping backups and testing any technical changes before production deployment.
Permitted use
Your purchase is subject to the product license. Unless a different license is displayed, the standard single-user license applies.
No guaranteed outcomes
Our products provide educational material, workflows and implementation resources. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads, sales, revenue or any other result.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, YOLO AI LTD is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, third-party platform changes or production changes deployed without appropriate review, testing and backups.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
